The air-conditioned hotel was built in 2004 and consists of 24 floors with a total of 110 rooms, of which 3 are suites, 69 are singles and 38 are doubles. Amongst the hotel facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, lifts and a café. Business guests may make use of the conference facilities and Internet access.
