The hotel was built in 2003 and consists of 143 rooms on 4 floors of which 15 are singles, 114 are doubles and 14 are suites. The hotel's facilities include a pleasant lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom and a lift. The hotel also has a café, a bar, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. Additionally a hairdressing salon, a conference room (with space for 750 persons) and a TV room.
