The family-run hotel complex comprises a total of 25 apartments. Guests are offered a lobby with a hotel safe and a currency exchange counter. There is also a supermarket, a bar and a restaurant (both with excellent customer service), a newspaper stand, a café, a TV room, a laundry service (for an additional fee), bicycle hire (for an additional fee), a car park and a children's playground.
The 1 or 2 bedroom apartments have a friendly atmosphere and feature a sofa bed, a bathroom/ shower and a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge and microwave. There is a ceiling fan and satellite/ cable TV in each room. Guests are also able to rent a safe for the apartment. Each room also features either a balcony or terrace.

| This apartment complex has a perfect location, 150 m from the Son Xorgier beach and 250 m from the Calan Bosch beach, both of which are white sandy beaches. The Calan Bosch tourist centre is just 300 m away. There is an abundance of shops, boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Menorca-Mahon international airport is approximately 47 km from the hotel. |
