The beach hotel was built in 1969 and was partially renovated in 2003. It consists of 120 rooms on 4 floors of which 4 are single room and 116 are doubles. The hotel also has a substantial garden. The hotel facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a conference room, a TV room, a currency exchange desk, lifts, a games room and bicycle storage facility. Dining options include an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking are (children's highchairs are available) and a café. Room and laundry services are available for guests.
The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom and come equipped with a direct dial telephone, a lounge area, central heating as well as a safe.
A buffet is available at breakfast, lunch and in the evening.

| This beach hotel is located in a peaceful side street off Ca'n Pastilla, 50 m from the edge of the resort. It is not far to the resort centre. It takes just a few minutes to reach the kilometre long sandy beach, Playa de Palma. Scores of shops and other attractions, such as bars and restaurants fill the surrounding area. A bus to Palma leaves from close to the hotel. Due to the hotel's proximity to the airport, aircraft are sometimes to be heard depending on the direction of the wind. |
