Opened in 2005, this city hotel is the kind of small urban hotel that combines design and technology with personalised attention. All in red, black and white, the interior is decorated with the work of the artist Pepe Bornoy, with his pictures hung throughout the hotel. These elements combine to make the hotel an exclusive and avant-garde space in which art is an ever present element. The hotel offers 17 rooms in total. The hotel is air-conditioned and has a lobby with 24-hour reception, hotel safe and lift access. A café and Internet access also feature, as do room and laundry services.
Bornoy has achieved sublime results in the rooms: smart, modern, comfortable, fully equipped and luxurious without ostentation. Both the exhibited pictures and the decoration and the equipment make each room unique. Every room has a fully-equipped en suite bathroom with hairdryer and amenities, in which only original colour painted stripes interrupt the whiteness of walls and accessories. The equipment, modern and functional, includes air conditioning and heating, soundproofing, direct phone line, cable TV, ADSL Internet connection and individual safe deposit box adapted for portable PCs. Double or king-size beds also feature.

In the immediate vicinity visitors will find the Picasso Museum of Málaga, the house where Picasso was born, the cathedral, Aduana, Alcazaba, Gibralfaro Moorish castle, Cervantes Theatre and the Old Jewish Quarter. The most important streets, shops, bars, nightlife and restaurants are also located nearby. There is also a taxi rank in the immediate vicinity.
