Built on a main road this complex was renovated in 2004 and consists of 58 apartments. There is a lobby with a reception and a currency exchange. A café, a small supermarket, and an à la carte restaurant are also on offer. There is a laundry service on offer for guests.
The simply furnished apartments each come with an en suite bathroom, a hairdryer, a kitchenette, a fridge, a hire safe and a lounge room.
Breakfast is available to guests each morning. At lunchtime and in the evenings, guests may select dishes from a set menu and in the evenings there is also a à la carte menu available to choose from.
