Built in 1987, the complex offers a total of 332 apartments and studios, which are spread over 3 floors. Guests arrive in a welcoming lobby with a reception which is occupied 24-hours and there are 4 lifts. In addition, there is a friendly bar open to guests, a restaurant with separate non-smoking area and a children's playground. There is also a laundry service on offer for guests. Children are offered a kids' club, which is open to children aged between 4 and 12 years of age.
The welcoming apartments and studios include an integrated living room/bedroom and an en suite bathroom. Moreover, each has a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace. The apartments also feature a separate bedroom.
