Built in 1992 and renovated in 2004, the complex comprises a total of 176 apartments as well as a 3,000 m² garden. Amongst the hotel facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, hotel safe and a currency exchange desk. There is also a bar, a kiosk, a supermarket, a nightclub, a games room and an à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and children's highchairs available. In addition, the hotel offers guests a bicycle rental service, public Internet terminal, a kids' club and children's playground. Laundry services as well as medical assistance, round off the hotel's amenities on offer.
The apartments are comfortably furnished and fitted with a combined living room/bedroom, an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, a separate bedroom, a hire safe and a terrace or a balcony.
