The residence consists of a 2-storey main building with four 2-storey neighbouring buildings and a total of 18 apartments. Guests are welcomed in the inviting lobby with a reception desk open 24 hours, safes, a currency exchange desk and a public Internet terminal. The hotel also features a small supermarket, shops, a playground, a TV room, a games room and a bicycle storage room. The special features of the complex include a restaurant serving delicious cuisine (with highchairs and air conditioning), a nightclub and a cosy bar. A dining room is additionally available. Laundry and medical services are further features that can be taken advantage of by guests. Those arriving by car may make use of the car park outside.
Spacious and light, all of the apartments include their own bathroom with shower, bath and hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, air conditioning, heating and a hire safe.
