The complex was built in 2007 and comprises a total of 70 rooms spread over 4 floors. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, currency exchange service, lift access, a games room, Internet access (fees apply) and a car park. There is also a children's playground available (fees apply).
The apartments come with 2 beds in 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the other room which it is not completly independent as it is connected with an open arch entrance. A single sofa bed in the living room and an en suite bathroom with a shower. They also include a living room/kitchen area with 2 cooking hobs, microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, crockery, glassware and cutlery. A direct dial telephone, satellite TV, 30 litre water heater, safe and a terrace all come as standard. High chairs are available on request.
